Bath tilts automatically to maintain a constant metal level over the nozzle.  This enables simple reliable automatic stopper control system to consistently pour every mould.  At the same time bath moves horizontally to ensure metal stream hits pour cup centre.

Stopper features robust linear bearing tolerant to sand & dust and micro adjustment for stopper / nozzle alignment in a comfortable, cool position.

Easy to back tilt to clear nozzle area or empty completely into ladle at shift end using standard hydraulic rams.

Full XY positioning with automatic pour cup alignment on flaskless lines.

Body changed in minutes.
